The closest shops are at Woy Woy town (10 minute drive away).
Peninsula Plaza has Woolworths and an excellent butcher or the larger Deepwater Plaza has a Coles, Kmart and Bakers Delight etc).
I often get Woolworths to deliver to the house when I arrive and then never leave!
If you want some basic supplies on your way in from Sydney as soon as you get off the freeway you pass through Kariong which has a little suite of shops with a great 'old school' bakery (Traditional Bakehouse 4 Mitchell Drive Kariong) for milk and bread and reliable butcher (Kariong Butcher 1 Arunta Ave Kariong). Times Cafe at Kariong also good and closest caffeine hit. There is a Nespresso machine at the house if you want to bring some pods.

Hire a boat or other craft form Andersons Boatshed.
If you organise it in advance of your stay they can usually deliver it to the jetty for the duration of your stay and collect it for you at the end.

If you already have a boat email us and we will send you relevant information. Please note that you need to get under the railway bridge at Woy Woy to get into the bay so we can send you information re the tides and heights of vessels that can go under the bridge.
There are little beaches and all around the bay you can get to by boat and kayak. We like to go in the area at the end of the bay surrounded by national park that is a lovely little beach best and so warm as the shallow water heats up.

Dogs are welcome! But please do not allow the dogs into the bedrooms. There is a large covered deck that is gated that you can contain your dogs in. The yard is not gated where it accesses the water so your dog will be free to roam and enter the water.
Tenants are responsible for all damage caused by pets.

Yes the house has wifi!!! Password is under the TV and also on the fridge. It will also be sent to you when confirmation email sent a few days before your arrival.
Access is through a lock box at the house we will give you the code to the lock box a few days before your stay and location of lockbox.
Please return keys to the lock box at the end of your stay.
Terms and Conditions
Additional Information
1. No smoking on the property.
2. No diving off the jetty (shallow water varies with the tides).
3. The premises are let to you for holiday purposes only for the period agreed to between you and the agent and/or owner.
4. No responsibility can be accepted by the agency and/or owner if the choice of your accommodation is not to your liking. All descriptions and representations about the property are made in good faith by the owner and/or agent. No responsibility can be accepted for errors, omissions or misdescriptions, however, we endeavour to ensure this does not occur.
5. The number of occupants must not exceed 8 unless otherwise agreed to between you and the agent and/or owner.
6. All bed, bathroom and table linen must be provided by the occupants unless organised in advance at an extra cost.
7. All damages, breakages and losses to the property, furniture, fixtures, fittings, furnishings and lock and key replacement are to be reported to the agent and/or owner and paid for immediately by the tenant. The tenant will be responsible for any damage incurred to the property by themselves or their guests and the owners reserve the right to pursue the occupants for any damage caused to the property.
8. No responsibility is taken for occupants’ personal property left on the premises.
9. Please avoid unnecessary noise and behaviour that may disturb or distress neighbours.
10. The premises are available from 3pm on the day of arrival and are to be vacated before 11am on the day of departure.
11. Keys are located in a lock box on the property. The code to the lock box is emailed to you two days prior to your stay. Please return the keys to the box at the end of your stay.
12. Please ensure all windows and doors are locked prior to departure.
13. The agent and/or owner reserves the right to refuse or cancel any bookings with return of deposit.
14. If the tenant cancels the booking within within 7 days of the date booked for arrival then the tenant forfeits 100% of the rental fee to the owner/agent as a cancellation fee. If the cancellation is made between 8 and 30 days prior to the date booked for arrival then the cancellation fee to be kept by the owner is 50% of the booking fee. If the cancellation is made more than 31 days prior to the arrival date then the cancellation fee is the deposit amount.
15. All children should be supervised at all times when near or around or in the water. All occupants and their guests should take care when on the jetty and in the water and the owners will not accept any responsibility for any injuries caused at the property or on the jetty or surrounding water areas.
16. CLEANING – Please leave the house as you find it!! any extra cleaning costs incurred will be paid out of the bond.
17. GARBAGE BINS – Monday night please put the garbage bins outside on the street with the handles facing in towards the house.
