RENTAL RATES

All bookings have a cleaning fee of $150. All prices below exclude the cleaning fee - which is a one off fee per booking.

Rates are seasonal as set out below.

High Season – 20 December to 31 January
Minimum 7 nights at $750 per night

Low Season – all other dates excluding 20 December to 31 January
Minimum 3 nights at $600 per night
*Deal for 7 nights - $3600
*Easter long weekend booking minimum of 4 nights

We also require a bond from all new tenants.
