Location

The house is located in Woy Woy Bay.  Woy Woy Bay is 5 minutes drive from Woy Woy town itself (before Woy Woy if you are driving from Sydney).

The Bay is 8 km south of Gosford and 85 km north of Sydney via the Newcastle Freeway.

The Bay is a quiet little village of houses scattered from up the hill down to the water. The bay is surrounded by Brisbane Waters national park and is entered by one road coming in to the bay. As you look across the Bay from the deck all you see is the national park across the water. The Bay has a kids park with a small playground for kids only a stroll from the house.

A beautiful, quiet spot yet still handy to everything you need. Shops are 5 minutes away.
