House Specifications

HOUSE AND BEDROOM CONFIGURATION
Open plan living and dining room and kitchen lead off on to large verandah under cover with outdoor dining and day bed.

There are 3 bedrooms plus main bathroom.  The 3 bedrooms configured as follows:

  • Bedroom 1 - King bed with ensuite and tv
  • Bedroom 2 - Queen bed with ensuite
  • Bedroom 3 -Bedroom 3 – one double bed and two single beds and cot – no ensuite but right next to main bathroom

OUTSIDE

  • Under cover deck with dining, lounges and day bed
  • Weber BBQ at ground level
  • Large grassy yard (which you usually have to share with the ducks!).
  • Private Jetty


LINEN ETC

  • Pillows, blankets, and quilts are supplied.  Spare blankets and quilts in cupboard in main bedroom
  • Tea towels are supplied.
  • No linen or towels are supplied.  We can however have the beds made up with linen at a cost of $40 per bed and 14 days notice.


BOAT HIRE / RAMP
If you would like to hire a boat for use during your stay Andersons Marina will kindly drop off a boat to the jetty and pick it up for you.  They know where the house is and have done it several times before.  See their web site etc for details and prices.  Robert from Andersons Marina has taken great care of all of our previous tenants and we have had great feedback from everyone that has used them.  It is our understanding that there are boats available where no boat licence is required.  Arrange hire direct with Andersons Marina.

If you have your own boat the nearest ramp is at Woy Woy inlet – appears in street directory or whereis.com.au – it is a 5 minute drive past the entrance to Woy Woy Bay (link to map: http://www.whereis.com/?id=38213BDF9B990).  In order to enter the bay you will have to travel under Woy Woy Bridge and see web site below re height under bridge and tide times:

BABIES / KIDS
We have available the following items for families with babies and young kids:

  • Boori cot
  • High chair (ikea – on request)
  • Kids table and chairs
  • Range of melamine plates and cups and plastic spoons for babies
  • Kids books (in drawers in bedroom 2 and 3)
  • Kids dvd’s – various for all ages
  • Games (see below)


TV’S / DVD’S / CD’s / IPOD

  • Television in living room with dvd player in cabinet under televisions (pull door open frosted glass drawer downwards to access dvd player – remote control works through frosted glass).
  • Television in main King bedroom with dvd player
  • Ipod dock and radio
  • lots of DVD’s for adults and kids of all ages


GAMES / BOOKS / MAGAZINES
In the timber low cupboard on your right as you enter there are:

  • Board Games
  • Various magazines
  • Books


KITCHEN

  • Miele oven, microwave, cooktop (touch), dishwasher – instruction manual in corner cupboard
  • Fridge and freezer
  • Coffee machine (Nespresso – small amount of pods supplied)
  • Small quantities of the following are provided: Tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt, pepper, dishwashing tablets
  • Basic essentials supplied: plates, cups, cutlery, serving dishes, salad bowls etc



LAUNDRY

  • Washing machine (front loader) and Dryer 
  • Laundry tub sink
  • Small quantity of washing powder provided under laundry tub sink
  • Ironing board and iron
  • Clothes line outside


SPRINKLERS
Sprinklers come on automatically on Monday, Wednesday and Friday (unless it is raining) very early in the morning. Yes, it is bore water!
